Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and payment through PayPal, Square and Stripe.
Yes, all of our cakes can be consumed between 24-48 hours after pick up. We recommend to wrap the entire cake box in two (2) layers of clear plastic wrap before storing it in the fridge. This keeps the cake free of fridge odors and ensures the product stays fresh. Bring the cake to room temperature at least 30 min before serving. Please make sure to keep it away from direct sunlight, heaters or flames.
You can reach out to us via our Contact Form in our website at any time. Just give us a brief description of the event, the number of guests, your flavors and cake sizes and we will get back to you within 24 hours to discuss the details. Once we are aligned, we will send you a confirmation email with a deposit request for 50% of the total price so that we can secure your event in our calendar.
No, we do not provide cake knifes however candles are available for an extra fee.
We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order as long as there are 5 or more days until your order is due. Just send us an email with the changes
you’d like, and we will review them and see if it changes the price of your order.
While we understand life happens, creating your cake is a multi-day process of ordering inventory, baking, and designing. We begin planning your order as soon as it is on the schedule therefore if you cancel 1 day after you’ve placed an order, we will offer you a full refund on your deposit. That means that for an order placed on Monday, we would need your cancellation no later than Tuesday, end of business day. If you cancel 2 or more days after you’ve placed an order, your initial deposit will be forfeited.
Please note that our freshly baked cakes and treats are made to order, therefore we recommend ordering your cake as soon as you know the date that you need it for, since that’s the best way to make sure we can serve you.
We ask that you allow at least 14 business days before your event.
We might be able to! Simply contact us via the contact form, email or phone. Please note that requests made 5 business days before the delivery or pickup date may be subject to rush order fees.
We do not write directly on the cake however we have a few options for you! If you would like your cake personalized, we highly recommend adding a customized cake topper. Please let us know when you place your order and we can add it to your cake.
Yes, we can definitely make something similar however please note that all our creations are unique, with no two creations being exactly the same.
We cannot duplicate an exact copy of another cake artist’s work however we will do our best to ensure the look is close to what you’ve envisioned.
Unfortunately, not at the moment. All of our cakes contain flour, eggs, milk and butter, and we are unable to substitute these ingredients in our recipes.
The good news! We are continuing our experiments in making vegan and gluten-free baked goods and will be sure to update our website once the options become available.
Place the cake box securely on car’s floor, ensuring that the air conditioning is ON. Avoid placing it on the seats to prevent the cake from tilting during transit. Store the cake in a refrigerator and allow it to reach room temperature at least 30 min before serving.

We are open Tuesday to Saturday from 9AM to 5PM and closed on Sunday and Monday (except for pick-ups and deliveries).
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every order will be photographed. If you want to preserve the delicious memory of your occasion or event, make sure you take a few snaps before it’s all gone.
CRRUM, LLC reserves the right to take and use photographs before, during and after the process of making your order which we may use for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes without any compensation to you.
To
ensure the safety of our family and our communities, pickups are currently
limited. In the event that you will collect your order from us, we will be in touch the week of your order to organize a collection window. The location/address will be sent to you the day of the collection.
