We’ve listed responses to some of the most common questions below. If you review the information and still have questions, simply text or email us and we will make sure to follow up with you within 24 hours.
***An additional fee, based on the cake size, will be added for ganache and fruited fillings as we use premium locally sourced products.
Please note that our freshly baked cakes and treats are made to order, therefore we recommend ordering your cake as soon as you know the date that you need it for, since that’s the best way to make sure we can serve you. We ask that you allow at least 14 business days before your event.
CRRUM offers a delivery service, based on availability and distance, for an additional charge (zip code/mileage). To ensure the safety of our family and our communities, pickups are currently limited.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure any orders and hold a date. This amount will be applied towards your final balance. Once an invoice is generated, and the deposit is not received, we will send a courtesy reminder once a day for the next 4 days. After that time, the order/invoice will be considered void.
The initial deposit is not your final balance. Final payment is due at the time of delivery or pick up.
Requests made 5 business days before the delivery or pickup date may be subject to rush order fees.
Refunds are eligible within 24 hours after securing an order. After that time, there will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. Credit towards a future order will vary based on the circumstance.
We cannot duplicate an exact copy of another artist’s work but we will do our best to ensure the look is close to what you desire.
Our cakes will occasionally include non-edible items on or in the cake. We’ll let you know which pieces cannot be consumed. It is your responsibility to ensure they are removed before serving.
We’ll send a reminder text the night before the scheduled due date with pickup or delivery information. For delivery, we use the delivery phone number we have on file to coordinate with the recipient. Sending the cake as a surprise gift? At checkout, make sure to enter the recipient’s name and phone number in the delivery address. It’s necessary for us to text the recipient that a gift is coming and give the courier the recipient's phone number to ensure that when the courier arrives, the package gets into the right hands. Don’t worry, we keep the texts discreet so that whom it’s from and what it is can still be a surprise.
CRRUM, LLC reserves the right to take and use photographs before, during and after the process of making your order which we may use for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes without any compensation to you.

While we understand life happens, creating your cake is a multi-day process of ordering inventory, baking, and designing. We begin planning your order as soon as it is on the schedule therefore if you cancel 1 day after you’ve placed an order, we will offer you a full refund on your deposit. That means that for an order placed on Monday, we would need your cancellation no later than Tuesday, end of business day. If you cancel 2 or more days after you’ve placed an order, your initial deposit will be forfeited.
We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order as long as there are 5 or more days until your order is due. Just send us an email with the changes you'd like, and we will review them and see if it changes the price of your order.
Next to all cake sizes on the website, we show you how many servings there are. If you want to add more servings to your order, we recommend purchasing other treats in our menu that can complement your cake (i.e. cupcakes, Cakepops, cakesicles, macarons and many more) Another way to add more servings is to order several decorated cakes. For example, you could order a trio of complementary designs. These cakes can be featured together on the dessert table. It creates a beautiful display for guests to enjoy.

CRRUM’s Commitment
We understand that planning a wedding can be overwhelming, so we strive to make ordering your wedding case as easy as possible. To simplify this process, we provide clear pricing directly on our website and have developed a hassle-free ordering system. From the start, you will know exactly what your are getting and what it will cost, without any hidden fees or minimum charges that other bakeries often apply.
Wedding Tastings
We offer a tasting box for a fee, available for pick up or delivery. We know that some couples like to sample flavors before making a final decision or want to enjoy the traditional cake tasting experience during their wedding preparations. For those looking to save on additional costs, many opt to read our Google reviews to ensure confidence in the quality of our cakes.
Serving Count
Next to all cake sizes on our “Your Help Guide”, we show how the number of servings there are for each of them. For wedding cakes, our smallest size is the Medium Two Tier, which serves 28-30, and for our largest we can go as big as a Four Tier cake, which serves up to 120 (see the Sizes section above for more details).
If you want to add more servings to your order, we recommend purchasing our sheet cake. Your venue can serve these cakes from the kitchen.
CRRUM’s Delivery
If you choose delivery, CRRUM offer a reliable service that delivers in and around the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Once we reach your venue, we will hand off the order to the contact you give us (member of the venue staff, a wedding coordinator, or the caterer) and they will set up the cake for display at the reception. Finally, the caterer or event staff will cut the cake and serve it to your guests.
Pickup
Many of our customers either collect their cakes themselves or delegate the task to someone assisting them on their wedding day. Our cakes are packaged in sturdy boxes, making them easy to carry. We advise customers to support the boxes from the bottom and refrain from pressing the sides. Additionally, we are happy to assist with placing the cake securely in the customer’s vehicle for safe transport.
Our Availability
You can always check our future availability by contacting us via phone, text or email. We suggest reserving your event date as early as possible to ensure we can fit you into our schedule. However, if you are working on a tight timeline, don’t hesitate to contact us – we will do our best to find a way to accommodate your needs.
